Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan.

  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir until it thickens, about 2 minutes.
