- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add macaroni, beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
