- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Return steak and gnocchi to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
