A comforting and easy-to-make Tuna Noodle Casserole.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook noodles as per package instructions, drain.
  3. Mix tuna, soup, milk, peas, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.

Notes

  • Replace peas with corn or carrots if preferred.
  • Use whole wheat noodles for extra fiber.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
