A creamy and rich Puerto Rican holiday drink, similar to eggnog but made with coconut milk and rum.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Pour into a glass bottle or pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
  • Store in the fridge for up to one week.
