- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Mix in shredded chicken, Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
- Place stuffed shells in a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
