- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the macaroni, beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and mustard powder. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the macaroni is tender, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
