  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mix until combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
