- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup fresh figs, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
