  • Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each chicken piece first into the egg, then dredge thoroughly in the flour-cornstarch mix. Set the coated pieces on a plate.
