A delicious copycat recipe of Crumbl’s famous salted caramel cheesecake cookies. These cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with caramel and cheesecake flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
