A simple and delicious vegetarian dish featuring roasted cauliflower steaks topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Flip steaks and top with cheeses.
  6. Return to oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
