- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
