Instructions
Wash and slice the oranges into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil.
Add orange slices and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove slices and let them cool on a wire rack.
